Pacific Time Zone (GMT -8, or 3 hours behind Eastern).
When Singapore is in the morning,California is at night.
or you can remember this easier when it is five p.m it is 1 a.m in england so it is eight hours
I find it easier to remember that California is located on the Pacific Coast and is in the Pacific Time Zone.
It is always GMT -8:00 GMT -0800 in California. Just remember where the time zones all start and end. Then it will become easy to remember. If you can remember the time zone you are in and the time zone you want to know, you can easily do the calculation. If you are ahead of the time zone you want to know, then the formula is -1(abs(c-n)) with c being your current time zone and n being the new time zone. That is how many time zones you will have to go I mean. If you are at that time zone, then it is just 0. If you are behind that time zone then it is abs(c-n).
